Maintenance was also pleasant and attended to our problem with the TV and fixed it quickly with a smile. So keep up good work because hospitality is also about the insiders who help make the hotel run smoothly from housekeeping, thru customer service, thru maintenance inside and out.

I cancelled my reservation at another hotel down the street. Came to Baymont by Wyndham after making a reservation online for 02/10-02/11-2024. Reservation didn't show because it was after Midnight. Tried to go somewhere till check-in. Asked if there was a room and would pay cash. Was told a party that pre-paid online was a no-show and was offered that room with discount from the pre-paid online price.

I liked everything.the stay was awesome. The service was second to none. Cleaness was A10, that made my our stay that much better.
